Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead cross-functional teams to deliver products aligned with business needs, driving operational and customer value

+ Own and communicate the product roadmap and vision; manage and prioritize the product backlog and user stories

+ Elicit, document, and refine business and technical requirements, ensuring clear acceptance criteria

+ Collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, and QA to guide the development lifecycle from planning to implementation

+ Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, grooming, planning, retros) and track team performance metrics such as velocity and capacity

+ Support testing, deployment, and production, using feedback and metrics to continuously improve processes and delivery outcomes

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

+ BA/BS in a technical or business discipline (information systems, engineering, computer science, finance, business administration, or accounting)

+ _5+_ years of Product Owner, Product Manager, Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Project Manager or equivalent combination of education and experience

Skills and Qualifications:

+ Strong organizational, facilitation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

+ Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional, distributed teams

+ Experience with Agile processes, methodologies, and tools (Rally, Jira, CA Agile Central)

+ Ability to balance current delivery with future planning in fast-changing priorities

+ Technical proficiency in APIs, Java/JavaScript, or other programming languages (preferred)

+ Certifications recommended: ACPMPO, CSM, SAFe PM/PO, PMP

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $83,160.00/Year - $118,800.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
