    Are you ready to shape how Microsoft’s commercial business (MCB) navigates risk and compliance? Join the Trust and Integrity Protection (TrIP) team, where you’ll lead content strategy and stakeholder experience—ensuring the right audiences understand TrIP’s value, technology-driven risk management, and compliance leadership.

     

    As the Content & Stakeholder Experience Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of content and channels that communicate TrIP’s strategic impact, drive adoption of compliance practices, and reinforce a culture of accountability and compliance-by-design across Microsoft’s commercial business. You’ll foster engagement, enable readiness, and help position TrIP as a leader in responsible business operations.

    Role Purpose

     

    This role will lead the content strategy and stakeholder experience supporting TrIP, ensuring that all stakeholder-facing channels and platforms effectively communicate TrIP’s strategic value, technology-driven risk management, and compliance leadership across Microsoft's commercial business.

    Responsibilities

    Content Strategy & Portfolio Management:

    Oversee the planning, development, and lifecycle management of content that demonstrates TrIP’s impact, value, and technology innovation in risk and compliance.

    Strategic Collateral Development:

    Own the development and management of scalable, reusable collateral that clearly communicates TrIP’s impact, value, and technology-driven compliance capabilities—translating complex methodologies and AI solutions into accessible content for executive and stakeholder audiences across Microsoft’s commercial business.

    Channel & Platform Management:

    Manage TrIP’s stakeholder-facing channels (e.g., SharePoint, web, newsletters, Viva Engage), ensure content is current, relevant, and aligned with business priorities.

    Stakeholder Experience:

    Drive a seamless, engaging experience for TrIP external stakeholders in Microsoft’s commercial business by curating and optimizing content delivery across all touchpoints.

    Enablement & Adoption:

    Develop and maintain toolkits, reference guides, and enablement resources that help stakeholders understand and adopt TrIP’s solutions and compliance practices.

    Measurement & Continuous Improvement:

    Use analytics and feedback to measure content effectiveness and stakeholder engagement, continuously refining strategy and execution.

    Qualifications

    Required/minimum qualifications

    + Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement

    + OR equivalent experience.

    + 3+ years’ experience in content strategy, program management, or stakeholder engagement in a large enterprise.

    Additional or preferred qualifications

    + Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement

    + OR equivalent experience.

    + Proven ability to manage multi-channel content portfolios and digital engagement platforms.

    + Experience aligning content and communications with business objectives and compliance requirements.

    + Collaboration and cross-functional partnership skills in a complex matrixed environment.

    + Familiarity with Microsoft’s compliance frameworks or similar enterprise environments is a plus.

    + Change management and behavioral influence capabilities.

     

    Business Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.
