How will you make an impact?
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network/Telecom Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, a passion for technology, and the ability to work collaboratively in a challenging environment.
**Key Responsibilities** :
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and maintain new features.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to their professional growth.
**Crucial Duties** :
- Manage, support, and maintain temperature monitoring systems, A/V conferencing equipment, telecommunications equipment, and building access control and monitoring systems.
- Develop and implement new software programs.
- Maintain and improve the performance of existing software.
- Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues.
- Design and update software databases.
- Test and maintain software products to ensure strong functionality and optimization.
- Recommend improvements to existing software programs as necessary.
Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience considered.
+ Proven experience in software development.
+ Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
+ Excellent critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
+ Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Supervisory Responsibility:
Directs project or contractor teams as necessary through tactical execution to meet the strategic needs of the BioServices business.
Work Schedule:
+ 8AM to 5PM core hours, additional hours as required.
+ Requires frequent local travel and 10% domestic travel.
Work Conditions/Physical Requirements:
+ Must use personal protective equipment and adhere to safety protocols.
+ Must be able to use a computer for up to 6 hours per day and travel to other sites including international travel as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Maryland is $91,700.00–$137,525.00.
This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
