As an Admissions Student Assistant, you will be an integral part of our admissions team, welcoming prospective students and their families to Auburn’s campus. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in higher education administration and develop professional skills that will benefit you in your future career. Essential Functions + **Provide Administrative Support:** Assist Undergraduate Admissions staff with preparing, compiling, and printing materials for guests and maintaining the lobby & hospitality areas. + **Data Entry:** Accurately input and maintain guest/applicant information in the admissions database (Slate). + **Customer Service:** Respond to inquiries from prospective students and their families via phone, email, and in-person visits. Provide general information about the admissions process, program offerings, and campus life. + **Communication:** Collaborate with the admissions team to answer email queries about campus tours and general admissions information. + **File Management:** Organize and maintain physical and electronic files related to admissions. + Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications To be eligible to work on-campus as a student employee, individuals must meet the following criteria: + Enrolled and actively taking classes at Auburn University.
