Our In Home Sales representatives meet with customers in their homes, building trust and creating lasting relationships. This position allows you to leverage your sales skills while enjoying the flexibility of in-home appointments based on your schedule.

Responsibilities:

+ Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate water heating solutions.

+ Provide accurate and timely quotes, ensuring that customers have a clear understanding of their options.

+ Build and maintain positive customer relationships, turning leads into sales.

+ Utilize sales techniques to effectively communicate product benefits and overcome objections.

+ Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to ensure accurate information is provided.

+ Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

+ Previous experience in in-home sales or customer service preferred.

+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers.

+ Ability to build rapport and trust with potential customers.

+ Knowledge of plumbing systems or water heaters is a plus but not required.

+ Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales.

+ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

+ High school diploma or equivalent required; further education is a plus.
