    This role is responsible for a diverse body of work in support of the activities of the CEO. This system-wide position administers and leads the daily activities and operations of the Office of the CEO, helping to ensure impactful, efficient and productive business practices for the CEO to advance the highest priority work of Seattle Children's Hospital, Research Institute and Foundation. This role leads and executes the planning for CEO rounding, travel, and event coordination on behalf of Seattle Children's, in collaboration and consultation with representatives from the Hospital, Research, and the Foundation. Collaborates with Executive Leadership and staff to plan, prepare, and disseminate internal and external key deliverables and strategic initiatives for the CEO. Provides administrative support of a highly complex and responsible nature for the CEO. Coordinates closely with the CEO, Executive Leadership, administrative leaders across the system, and other high level internal and external stakeholders, requiring considerable discretion and initiative.

     

    Required Education and Experience

     

    Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience

     

    Minimum five (5) years' experience in high-level program coordination and project management including responsible administrative work supporting high level management or executives

     

    Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point)

     

    Preferred

     

    Master's Degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or related degree

     

    Experience leading and managing complex and interdisciplinary projects

     

    Experience working in a large, complex organization; healthcare experience

     

    Experience with collaboration and business management software applications

     

    Experience working with executive leaders and professional staff

     

    Experience coordinating/managing events

     

    Experience working with budgets

     

    Compensation Range

     

    $97,665.00 - $146,497.00 per year

     

    Salary Information

     

    This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
