The opportunity

Delaware North Travel is hiring a full-time Overnight Supervisor to join our team at Buffalo Airport in Buffalo, New York. As an Overnight Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting management in carrying out the daily operations of the commissary and warehouse department. Overnight shift: 9pm-5:30am

On July 10, 2025, Delaware North announced its US-based Travel Hospitality Services (THS) business will be sold to Areas, a global leader in travel dining and retail. The sale is expected to be finalized in the fourth quarter of 2025. Upon completion of the sale, all THS team members will become part of the Areas. Areas will operate 369 locations in 27 airports and 12 travel plazas nationwide, with a U.S. workforce of over 6,000. What will you do?

+ Perform duties after regular business hours to ensure a well-maintained facility

+ Follow established cleaning procedures like equipment deep clean, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting

+ Collect and dispose of trash and empty wastebaskets

+ Maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of storage areas, passageways, elevators, and work areas

+ Report any major maintenance issues, safety hazards, or areas needing special attention to management

More about you

+ Minimum of 3 years of related experience

+ Experience working in a supervisory position

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment following job procedures and manager instructions

+ No college degree required

Physical requirements

+ Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting, reaching, during the entire length of shift

+ Ability to stand, crouch, and climb ladders to perform repairs

+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
