Overview
We’re looking for a visionary marketing leader to head our Marketing Futures Team, a group embedded in our broader marketing organization tasked with defining, piloting, and scaling AI‑enabled and future‑oriented marketing capabilities. You will set strategy, lead innovation pilots, build cross‑functional alignment, and drive measurable impact in efficiency, growth, and brand differentiation. We are looking for a growth-oriented marketer who is an avid learner, experimenter, and builder to change the marketing game.
What you'll bring
+ 7‑10 years of experience in performance and/or growth marketing, with at least 2‑3 years leading innovation, AI/automation, or similar functions in a SaaS or fintech
+ Demonstrable track record of delivering both strategic plans _and_ executing pilots or products that drove measurable business impact (efficiency, growth, ROI).
+ Strong data orientation and analytical skills: comfortable working with data, metrics, experiments. Experience with dashboards, analytics tools, attribution modelling. Hands‑on expertise with generative AI, prompt engineering, AI search optimization, automation tools.
+ Comfort with new technologies, emerging tools, and willingness to experiment / push
+ Strong leadership and organizational skills; ability to influence across teams and
+ Excellent communication and storytelling skills; comfort presenting to senior
+ Experience in regulated environments is a plus (especially in fintech), g. dealing with privacy, compliance, or risk considerations.
How you will lead
+ Define and own the roadmap for AI and automation initiatives across the marketing org: from ideation through testing and scaling.
+ Lead high‑visibility pilots in areas like AI‑led content search / SGE optimization,
+ generative creative workflows, dynamic personalization, etc.
+ Work closely with SEO, Web, Performance, Paid Media, and Partner teams to embed AI‑driven enhancements into their channel strategies.
+ Measure performance of experiments: build frameworks for A/B / multivariate tests; track lift, efficiency gains, risk factors.
+ Build and maintain internal playbooks, prompt libraries, workflow templates, and knowledge assets.
+ Evangelize adoption: training, internal communication, stakeholder management; organize innovation councils / office hours.
+ Manage team of mixed disciplines: creative technologist, content architect, data & automation lead, experiment engineer.
+ Ensure adherence to compliance, data privacy, brand safety, ethical AI
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is: Bay Area California $ 213,500.00 - 289,000.00
Southern California $ 203,500.00 - 275,500.00This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits).Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
