    Job Overview

     

    We’re assisting a local fabrication shop in hiring a **Press Brake Operator/Setup Specialist** for 1st shift.

     

    **Pay:** Based on experience (Direct Hire)

    **Schedule:** Full-time | 1st Shift: 5:00 am–1:20 pm | Overtime: 1:20–3:20 pm

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Operate and/or set up press brake machines for production runs

    + Interpret blueprints and job specifications to ensure accuracy

    + Inspect completed parts for quality and make necessary adjustments

    + Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues

    + Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

    Qualifications:

    + Press brake operation experience required; setup experience preferred

    + Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

    + Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

    + Attention to detail and quality focus

    Physical Requirements:

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

    + Comfortable working in a fabrication/production environment
