Job Summary:
The Senior Manager of Lift Ticket Revenue plays a critical role in executing revenue-driving strategies for Vail Resorts’ portfolio of 37 North American resorts. This role supports the Director in achieving Lift Ticket Revenue targets by managing lift ticket pricing, promotions, and performance analytics. The Senior Manager will collaborate across teams to ensure seamless delivery of lift ticket programs and optimize guest conversion through data-driven decision-making.

+ Starting Wage: $93,000 - $120,000 + bonus

Job Responsibilities:
Revenue Strategy & Performance
+ Support the implementation of multiyear growth plans for Lift Ticket Revenue
+ Manage weekly and seasonal lift ticket revenue tracking across channels
+ Monitor KPIs; identify trends and recommend optimizations
Product Development
+ Lead the implementation of pricing strategies for lift tickets
+ Support the development of new lift ticket products
Promotional Program Coordination
+ Support the centralization of best practices coming from resort/regional programs
+ Expand successful pilots to new locations
Digital Optimization & Conversion Support
+ Collaborate with Digital teams to implement lift ticket conversion enhancements
Guest & Industry Insights
+ Analyze guest behavior and feedback
+ Stay current on competitive and industry trends; surface insights to the Director
Cross-Functional Collaboration
+ Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, implement and optimize new product and promotional strategies
Job Requirements:
+ 5+ years in P&L management or product marketing, preferably in hospitality or travel industries
+ Strong analytical skills with experience in performance dashboards and reporting tools
+ Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive operational execution
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
+ Passion for outdoor recreation and guest-centric innovation
The expected Total Compensation for this role is $93,000 - $120,000 + bonus. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Vail Resorts offers a ‘Hybrid’ work environment for Broomfield-based roles where employees must live within 50 miles of the Broomfield office and work on-site Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and have flexibility to work off-site on Mondays and Fridays.
