We are currently seeking a **Java Architect (FTE / Hybrid / Pref - USC / GC / EAD)** to join our team in **Irving** , **Texas (US-TX)** , **United States (US)** .

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Define, develop, and execute the architectural framework for large-scale Java projects.

+ Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, promoting best practices and modern development techniques.

+ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business and project requirements, translating them into technical designs.

+ Design and integrate new systems, ensuring they align with business goals and existing infrastructure.

+ Determine appropriate tools, platforms, and technologies needed for the project's architecture.

+ Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and design flaws to build resilient and efficient systems.

+ Ensure software quality and maintainability by establishing standards and conducting technical reviews, including code reviews.

Skills required:

+ Overall 7+ years of experience.

+ 3+ Years of experience In-depth understanding of Java, enterprise-grade platforms, and software design patterns.

+ 2+ Years of Strong Experience with frameworks like Spring and Hibernate, as well as knowledge of cloud platforms and microservices.

+ 2+ Years of experience Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to design complex systems.

+ Ability to lead and guide development teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

+ Excellent communication skills to work effectively with various stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and project managers.
