Description

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Mission Viejo, California. In this position, you will play a vital role in managing financial transactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and maintaining efficient billing processes. This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily call center activities and oversee billing operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

• Process checks and credit card transactions while preparing detailed financial reports using Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Reconcile cash received through lockbox transactions and complete monthly roster reconciliation tasks.

• Handle daily online payment processing and ensure timely deposits of checks.

• Make adjustments to payments as necessary to maintain accurate account balances.

• Perform general office duties and provide support to various administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements • Familiarity with accounts receivable processes and procedures.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for report preparation and data analysis.

• Experience with check deposits, lockbox reconciliation, and payment processing.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and external stakeholders.

• Knowledge of basic financial principles and practices.
