    **Shift:** 2nd Shift

    **Pay:** Up to $35/hour based on experience

    The Food Processing Production Mechanic is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and providing preventive maintenance on various equipment, machines, and facilities as needed in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

     

    + Test, maintain, troubleshoot, and reconfigure automated electro-mechanical equipment.

    + Perform preventive maintenance on various equipment and facilities.

    + Use hand tools, read blueprints, and interpret schematics for repairs.

    + Troubleshoot and maintain electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.

    + Follow lockout/tagout safety procedures during service and repair.

    + Comply with rules and regulations outlined in the employee handbook, safety manual, and GMP booklet.

    Essential Skills

    + Troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and PLC systems.

    + Experience with food processing and production equipment.

    + Troubleshooting Electrical and Mechanical Equipment

    + Reading Blueprints and Schematics

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $66560.00/yr.
