    Job Title: Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The role involves performing complex mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks to ensure our machinery and equipment operate at peak efficiency.

    Responsibilities

    + Conduct maintenance and repair work on machinery, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.

    + Execute machine repair tasks and perform preventive maintenance to prevent breakdowns.

    + Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with conveyors, pumps, motors, and plastic injection machines.

    + Utilize multimeters and work with electrical components, including 3-phase and 480V systems.

    + Collaborate with the team to ensure maintenance activities are completed efficiently and safely.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.

    + Strong mechanical and electrical repair skills.

    + Proficient use of multimeters and understanding of electrical systems.

    + Familiarity with plastic injection machinery.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in preventive maintenance is a plus.

    + Experience in automotive or plastics manufacturing is advantageous.

    Work Environment

     

    Work on a day shift from 6 AM to 6 PM, following a rotating schedule (2-2-3) which includes every other weekend. The facility is a large, fast-paced, and clean shop with a focus on the automotive industry. Adaptability to the noise and pace is essential. The work schedule alternates between a long week (48 hours) and a short week (36 hours).

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $74880.00/yr.
