    We are seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator for a plumbing contractor in the Brookfield area. The BIM Coordinator will develop and maintain BIM work, providing technical and analytical support to the BIM team. This role involves overseeing and supporting Virtual Design and Construction approaches for planning, coordination, problem-solving, and integration throughout all phases of projects and potential projects.

    Responsibilities

    + Implement BIM processes for various uses, including cost estimating, planning, and integrated project delivery.

    + Coordinate with project teams and operations managers to utilize BIM technologies for enhancing project plans.

    + Contribute to marketing materials and business development plans.

    + Aid in the development of construction process plan drawings for internal and external coordination and communication.

    + Assist in quality control to ensure completeness and adherence to company standards of all shop drawings produced.

    + Support project work, including modeling and detailing.

    + Collaborate with self-perform groups to explore and implement strategies for creating efficiencies through BIM.

    + Work with Safety and Quality Departments to explore enhancements to standard operating procedures using BIM-based technologies.

    + Help resolve BIM design issues.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in BIM and Revit.

    + Experience in drafting.

    + At least 1+ years in a BIM Coordinator role.

    + At least 6+ months in a commercial plumbing setting.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in plumbing and commercial environments.

     

    Work Environment

     

    The position is based in an office located in Brookfield, WI, with minimal job site visits required.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of BROOKFIELD, Wisconsin.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00/hr.
