About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lending Operations Associate Manager to support Auto- Aftermarket /Specialty Operations. This leader will lead the Repossessions Aftermarket. In addition, this leader will drive to meet or exceed all established SLAs., execute on continuous process improvement and proactively mitigate risk. Will engage in and develop high employee engagement and morale, identify, and develop future leaders. In this role, you will:

+ Manage and develop a Loan Servicing team responsible for a variety of processing functions, documentation, or servicing.

+ ​ Engage and influence stakeholders, internal and external partners, and peers associated with the Aftermarket functional area.

+ Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development within Aftermarket functional area.

+ Participate in the formulation and implementation of new and revised systems, policies, and guidelines.

+ Oversee implementation of practices to ensure compliance with Wells Fargo legal, investor, regulatory, or business policies.

+ Determine appropriate strategies and actions of the Aftermarket team to meet moderate to high-risk deliverables.

+ Interpret and develop policies and procedures for meeting compliance, risk management, and quality standards.

+ Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including experienced managers.

+ Provide quality customer service.

+ Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy.

Required Qualifications:

+ 2+ years of Transactions and Processing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

+ 2+ years of Leadership experience

Desired Qualifications:

+ 2 + years servicing operations experience

+ 2+ years direct management experience

+ Ability to drive work and processes for results.

+ Strong attention to detail and analytic aptitude,

+ strategic thinker, problem solver,

+ Partnering and collaboration skills

+ Highly effective communication skills

+ Ability to handle multiple important projects simultaneously.

+ Have a high sense of personal accountability.
