How You’ll Make an Impact
+ Develop and implement quality plans for new parts, ensuring compliance with customer requirements.
+ Interpret and apply quality procedures and technical documentation to maintain process integrity.
+ Identify and eliminate manufacturing flow obstacles to support continuous improvement.
+ Lead quality systems activities including customer audits, MRB analysis, and corrective action processes using tools such as 5-Why, Fishbone, and 8D.
+ Facilitate and participate in Kaizen events to drive process and product enhancements.
+ Conduct internal and supplier ISO audits.
+ Champion Zero Harm principles and contribute to a culture of safety and accountability.
What You Bring
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 2 or more years of relevant experience or 5 or more years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
+ Experience with ISO9001 or AS9100 standards; Auditor Certification is a plus.
+ Proficiency in GD&T and quality system implementation.
+ Strong technical writing and document review skills.
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
+ Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining ethical standards and integrity.
+ Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
+ This position will require an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Issuance of any required license is a prerequisite for this position. The candidate must be able to work with export-controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines, and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
