    **Hotel Guest Services** - $14.25/hour

    As a **Hotel Rooms & Facilities Intern** , you will step behind the scenes at one of our world-class resorts and discover what it takes to keep hotel operations running smoothly.     + Get hands-on experience in hotel housekeeping operations, including cleaning, inspecting and supervising.

    + Learn how to manage the upkeep of hotel facilities to keep everything in top shape.

    + Operate and maintain indoor and outdoor equipment used in hotel maintenance.

    + Assist in resolving in-room guest issues and help maintain outdoor areas like walkways and building structures.

    + Work alongside experienced supervisors and gain insight into leadership roles in hospitality.

    + Monitor labor usage and staffing levels during events.

    + Help generate and manage weekly banquet event orders (BEOs).

    + Spend the first month learning the operation, followed by a performance evaluation to determine leadership opportunities.

    **Guest Experience** **: Park Operations** - $13/hour

    + Provide exceptional guest service at our Guest Services Locations and in the Guest Contact Center

    + Assist with guest questions, feedback, and service recovery to ensure a positive experience

    + Learn how to handle guest concerns with professionalism and empahty

    + Lead VIP Park Tours, including our exclusive Sunrise Thrills experience

    + Gain insight into guest communication, conflict resolution, and hospitality operations

    Qualifications:

    + Must be at least 18 years of age

    + Must be attending an accredited college or university

    + Work a minimum of 8 weeks between May 1-August 31

    + Availability requirements:

    + Minimum of 4 days per week of full availability

    + 2 of the 4 days must include either Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday

    + Work a minimum average of 32 hours per week

    + Attend required professional development events

    + Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs

    + Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law

    + Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education, and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law
