Background Screening Processor (Remote)

Join our remote team to deliver accurate background screening reports that help clients make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

+ Handle 10–15 inbound calls/day

+ Respond to client emails and run reports

+ Process criminal , credit, and employment verifications

+ Review data for accuracy and false positives

+ Support tenant screening and credit report interpretation

+ Make verification calls and manage report queues

Qualifications

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Comfortable with 15–20 calls/day

+ Familiar with Outlook, Teams, and other software

+ Strong research and analytical skills

+ Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Work Environment: 100% remote

Hours: 9 AM to 7 PM EST (hours within this timeframe)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
