Are you a registered nurse (RN) with leadership experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or post-acute care? Lantern Park Specialty Care, part of Care Initiatives, Iowa’s largest non-profit skilled nursing network, is hiring an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to guide our nursing team and improve resident care.

What You’ll Do:

+ Assist the Director of Nursing in managing nursing services

+ Mentor and coach RNs, LPNs, and CNAs

+ Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with LTC regulations

+ Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes

+ Serve as acting DON when needed

What We’re Looking For:

+ Current Iowa RN license (or ability to obtain quickly)

+ CPR certification

+ Experience in long-term care/skilled nursing preferred

+ Supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred

+ Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
