    MDS Coordinator (RN) – Full-Time

    Schedule: 6a–6p | 3 days MDS, 2 days on the floor

    What You’ll Bring

    + Valid RN license (Iowa or ability to activate)

    + Current CPR certification

    + MDS credentialed or willingness to obtain RAC-CT certification

    + Experience with MDS 3.0/RAI Manual and background in long-term care or gerontological nursing preferred
