    Description

    **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Plant Operators** for projects located in and around **Indianapolis, IN** . This is a second shift opportunity with a pay range of **$36-42/hour** based on experience and skill level.     Job Scope:

    + Operates and monitors the Building Automation System (BAS) for all facility systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical

    + Assigns work orders to maintenance personnel based on priority and operational needs

    + Performs regular preventative maintenance, including water and equipment testing

    + Assists in repair and replacement tasks for building equipment and infrastructure

    + Ensures adherence to Building Authority policies, safety procedures, and operational processes

    Requirements

    + Previous experience and working knowledge of essential duties and listed equipment/tools

    + Self-motivated, capable of independent work without supervision

    + Team-oriented, able to collaborate with co-workers, vendors, contractors, and clients

    + Flexible work availability, including possible evenings or weekends

    + Valid Indiana driver’s license

    + Must be able to pass a background check
