    Description

    **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Journeyman or Master Plumbers** for projects located in and around **Portland, ME** . This is a **first shift** opportunity with a pay range of **$40–$45/hour** based on experience and skill level.     J** **ob Scope:

    + Commercial hotel build-out project

    + Install plumbing runs in floors and walls as directed

    + Prep each room for bathroom fixtures, drains, and fire fixtures

    + Install rough-in plumbing across 10 floors, including 99 rooms, common area restrooms, kitchens, and bar areas

    + Work with PEX, PVC, copper, and CPVC to install water lines, drainage, and fixtures

    Requirements:

    + Must have a valid Maine Journeyman or Master Plumbing License

    + Must have OSHA 10 certification; TI does offer the course to qualified Employees who have yet to obtain the certification

    + Minimum of 5 years of commercial plumbing experience preferred

    + Standard PPE and basic plumbing tools required
