Overview
At The Community, we don’t just market to cultures — we create with them. We’ve been tapped to lead both General Market and Hispanic work for a bold new line of business within one of the country’s largest telecom brands, and we’re looking for an **Account Supervisor** ready to help build something extraordinary.
This is your chance to shape the foundation — establishing smart process, nurturing strong partnerships, and building a team culture that thrives on collaboration and curiosity. You’ll help bring to life **full-funnel, cross-cultural campaigns** that move people — from video and OOH to radio, social, and digital.
Responsibilities
You’ll be the connective force between the agency, client, and media partners — ensuring the work runs seamlessly from concept to launch while pushing for ideas that break through. Along the way, you’ll partner closely with leadership, driving both execution and strategy as the brand grows.
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who’s resourceful, optimistic, and calm under chaos — the kind of teammate who finds opportunity in the unexpected. Experience leading integrated campaigns is key (video, OOH, radio, social, digital), and promotional know-how is a plus.
Bilingual in English and Spanish? Even better.

Compensation Range: $73,910- $101,200. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
