(advantages, specificities, etc.) Accurately builds parts using resins and epoxies. • Adheres to company specifications, work instructions, and work orders. • Seals parts per manufacturing order or Static PWO as required per current revision. • Properly maintains and identifies defects in parts and report any findings to supervisor or QA. • Document the materials used in the process to maintain traceability. • Safely handles various regulated materials used in the process. • Part Marks according to engineering drawings, company and customer specifications. • Works toward the end of the assembly line. • Organizes completed parts and paperwork. • Creates shipping paperwork, “Shipper”. • Submits Shipper to indicate part is ready for shipping and invoicing. • Moves Shipper and part to Shipping Department. • Assists Shipping Department as necessary to prepare packing of part. • General Notes: o Must carefully handle detail parts and manufactured parts to ensure the integrity and quality is not damaged by handling. o All employees have an affirmative duty to protect and maintain the confidentiality of Safran products. o As business conditions change it is necessary that all employees productively react and handle other essential tasks as assigned now or in the future. o Tasks may vary slightly based on products produced at division.
