This position contributes to our vision by:
Primary duties:
• This position will perform electrical wire harness installation at partner sites
• Modification and repair of bundles at partner sites
• Reads instructions such as work orders, diagrams, form boards and wire lists to determine materials needed and sequence of assembly.
• Rework connectors, back shells, wires terminations, splices, split rings, lugs and any other component built in a Wire Harness
• Wrap and tie wires
• Route wires
• Change routing/ breakouts
• Perform Electrical Tests
• Complete associated paperwork
• Adheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture
• Ability to obtain and sustain Operator Self Verification (OSV)
• Adheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture;
• Regular, predictable attendance is required;
• Other duties may be assigned.

Education and/or Experience
• Must be 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have 0-2 years of wiring experience. Basic wiring experience or a combination of experience and training.
Knowledge/Skills
• Capable of completing new hire training course requirements
• Experience in Wiring Manufacturing or MRO desirable
• Wiring knowledge (Basic)
• Aircraft experience a plus
• the ability to work in a team environment
