(advantages, specificities, etc.) The Program Administrator is responsible for supporting the Program Management team, to ensure the programs products are delivered on time with all of the necessary documentation. The Program Administrator will perform complex work of an administrative nature. They will provide assistance to the Program Manager in administrative areas and is able to work with minimal instruction or supervision. Candidate skills & requirements Education: High school diploma or equivalent required Experience: A minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience (1) working in an administrative or clerical position or (2) experience working in the aerospace industry working as a scheduler, or (3) any combination. Computer Skills: Proficient use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat. Other Skills: • Solutions-oriented thinker that employs analytics and problem solving to all situations. • Employs a communication style that is consultative and accessible to all levels of employees, as well as managers. • May perform risk assessment and assist to define a mitigation plan • Articulates and describes situations clearly and concisely through verbal and written communication. • Adaptable and comfortable in a fast changing environment.
