    * Familiarity with statistical analysis including SPC, design of experiments, manufacturing capability (Cp, Cpk), etc.

    Preferred technical and professional experience

    * Understanding of printed circuit board manufacturing including equipment, processes, chemistry, materials, and testing methods.

    * Experience with quality management, reliability testing, and failure analysis.

    * Familiarity with use of laboratory equipment such as scanning electron microscopy, microsectioning, optical microscopy, FTIR, thermal analysis (DMA, DSC, TGA, and TMA), etc.

    * Familiarity with impedance and insertion loss testing and modeling.
