We are seeking a dependable P roject M anager to lead Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) analys e s and other p rojects supporting Naval Aviation. You will lead multiple project teams supporting the sustainment of naval aircraft and systems , ensuring th at projects are planned, executed, and delivered on time and within budget. Your projects will enabl e operational readiness and mission success for our Navy client s . You will coordinate with our broader team which provides development, integration, testing, and reliability engineering for a wide variety of Department of Defense (DoD) platforms and systems.
M ost duties may be performed remotely, but weekly in-person meetings with the KBR team and frequent in-person meetings with client s will be strongly encouraged. Traveling to other sites outside Jacksonville, FL could be needed several times per year .
Roles and Responsibilities
+ Lead and manage multiple teams of analysts, providing supervision, training, mentorship, and support.
+ Hire new talent as needed to meet emerging requirements, including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding.
+ Oversee project cost, schedule, and performance, setting milestones, reviewing technical progress and budgets, and reporting to client s and KBR management.
+ Communicate effectively with client s and stakeholders to understand and meet their requirements.
+ Ensure the completion of contract requirements, including status reports and deliverables.
+ Manage the internal training program for reliability analysts : organiz e training events, monitor qualifications, and en able the RCM analysis team to stay updated with current industry standards, processes, and tools.
+ Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing client s or adjacent organizations.
+ Relay client feedback to other managers and colleagues within KBR.
Basic Qualifications
+ Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience with RCM analysis or similar analys is methods. Expertise in the Naval Aviation RCM Process as defined in NAVAIR 00-25-403 . Markers of expertise could include the Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional from the Society of Maintenance and Reliability Professionals, a NAVAIR Level 3 RCM Analyst Certification, or the KBR-internal Level 3 RCM Analyst Certification.
+ Education: A bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and additional experience
+ Clearance: Current DoD Secret Security Clearance or eligibility to obtain & maintain
+ Proximity to Jacksonville, FL to enable face-to-face collaboration with government client s and KBR team members
Preferred Qualifications
+ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) or a similar certification
+ Naval aviation maintenance experience
+ Familiarity with government contract ing processes
