    BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a **Clinical Manager (RN required)** for our **Charlotte, NC Adult Nursing** home care office. This office provides best in class care to adult clients throughout **Lincoln, Anson, Cabarrus, Cleveland , Gaston, Iredell, Mecklenburg, Montgomery, Richmond, and Union County.**

    Responsibilities for a Clinical Manager:

    + Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.

    + Visit our adult clients and conduct assessments in **Charlotte, NC** and other surrounding areas.

    + Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.

    + Supervise nursing staff in the field.

    + Facilitate new hire orientation.

    + Participate in the training of new nurses and in-services for field staff.

    Qualifications for a Clinical Manager:

    + Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.

    + Supervisory experience
