We are seeking a visionary results-driven **VP, Cyber Operations & Intelligence** to shape and execute Otis’s global cybersecurity operations, intelligence, and operational resilience strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing threat detection, incident response, intelligence gathering, and investigations across Otis’s global digital ecosystem. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President, Chief Information Security Officer, this person will be based in the United States, ideally in the Northeast, and will bring deep expertise in cybersecurity operations, intelligence analysis, and executive-level leadership to protect Otis’s people, assets, and reputation.
Key Accountabilities:
+ Develop and execute a global Cyber operations strategy aligned with the global Cyber strategy and Otis’s business objectives & risk position.
+ Lead cross-functional teams in threat detection, response, and intelligence to ensure proactive defense and rapid recovery.
+ Serve as a key advisor to the CISO and executive leadership team on emerging threats, risks, and trends.
+ Oversee 24/7, 365 Security Operations Center (SOC) performance, including threat detection, triage and prioritization, incident response activities, and escalation protocols.
+ Drive continuous improvement with the use of playbooks and automation.
+ Ensure ongoing alignment with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal governance.
+ Review performance of vendor relationships, including MSP, and lead RFPs & analysis.
+ Maintain and mature Otis’s threat intelligence program, integrating internal telemetry with external sources.
+ Lead intelligence-driven risk assessments and provide actionable insights to business units and leadership.
+ Administer & support cyber tool integrations and collaborate on infrastructure initiatives.
+ Support litigation and investigations teams as and when required.
+ Collaborate with global law enforcement, intelligence agencies, and industry peers to learn & share threat data and best practices.
+ Lead cyber crisis simulations and tabletop exercises with senior stakeholders.
+ Partner with business continuity and disaster recovery teams to ensure cyber resilience across critical operations.
+ Serve as a key leader during major cyber incidents, coordinating response and recovery efforts.
Experience & Qualifications:
+ Extensive experience within senior cybersecurity leadership positions.
+ Proven track record in leading global cyber operations and intelligence programs.
+ Deep understanding of threat landscapes, adversary tactics, and advanced detection technologies.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
+ CISSP required and CISM is desirable.
+ A successful background in a large, multi-national and highly matrixed organization
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
+ Leadership presence and the ability to communicate sensitive strategic information to Executives and key stakeholders.
+ Exceptional collaboration and project management skills, combined with the ability to excel in a global, multicultural environment.
+ Demonstrated success leading transformations, driving, and influencing change.
+ Strategic mindset together with the willingness to be more tactical and operational; driving continuous improvement and providing hands-on expertise.

Salary & Benefits
The salary range for this role is USD $260k - $320k. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
This position is eligible to participate in our annual executive short-term Incentive plan and is eligible to receive equity awards under the Otis executive long-term incentive plan.
