    Shift Hours:** **8AM-5PM

     

    Weekend Work:** **None

     

    On Call:** **No

     

    How often will this team member be working remotely?** **Never

    Mental Health Technician II Responsibilities:

    + Provides ongoing monitoring and observation of patients to ensure safety and wellbeing.

    + Promotes communication and therapeutic relationships with patients.

    + Assists with physical care under the direction of an RN.

    + Promotes coordination of the unit by completing orders, making phone calls and directing calls and information to the charge nurse.

    + **Travel Required**

    Requirements:

    + BLS (Basic Life Support)

    + High School or Equivalent

    + FL Driver's License

    + Preferred - Associate's in Healthcare/Psychology

    + Preferred - CNA/PCT

    Required Experience:

    + 6 months - Psychology
