    Work Location

     

    1431 N. Western St. Suite 134 Chicago IL

     

    Work Schedule

     

    Monday-Friday 8:00-5:30pm CST. No observed holidays or weekends

    Preferred Skills:

    Administrative /office experience in a clinical setting. We are also interested in someone who has compassion and enjoys working with patients. This is a very busy office so being able to multitask and work quickly under pressure is a plus!

    Responsibilities

    Responsible for greeting customers, providing information, and communicating with other departments. Responsible for appointment scheduling.

    Qualifications

    EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

    1. High School diploma or equivalent required.

    2. Minimum of one year experience in customer service.

    3. Six (6) months experience in a health care setting and office equipment preferred.

    4. Current BLS certificate.

The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
