The Impact You'll Make
As a Benefit Analyst within the AskHR Services team, you will play a vital role in overseeing and ensuring the smooth operation of Danfoss’ US employee benefits programs, impacting approximately 5,000 employees. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Compensation and Benefits for the Americas, your expertise will contribute to the accurate administration and continuous improvement of our comprehensive benefits portfolio.
Your responsibilities will encompass managing a wide array of benefit programs, including retirement plans and 401(k)s, medical, dental, vision healthcare options, as well as various welfare offerings such as life insurance, disability, and voluntary benefits. You will act as a key liaison, facilitating efficient processing of third-party provider payments and conducting meticulous audits to maintain benefit reconciliations.
In addition, you will enhance employee engagement by assisting with benefit-related communications – from annual enrollment campaigns and wellness initiatives to quarterly newsletters – ensuring all materials are clear, accurate, and aligned with organisational goals.
Supporting the shared HR services function, you will respond to employee, HR, and leadership inquiries regarding benefits, further fostering a responsive and service-oriented culture within the company. Your ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a matrix environment will be critical to success in this role.
Key Job Responsibilities include:
+ Administering timely and accurate processing of payments to third-party benefit providers and ensuring payment integrity.
+ Executing benefit reconciliation audits to maintain precise financial oversight and compliance.
+ Collaborating on internal communications to facilitate employee understanding of benefit offerings, including managing annual enrolment periods and wellness programs.
+ Providing exceptional service by addressing and resolving benefit-related queries within the HR support framework.
+ Partnering with cross-functional teams to continuously enhance benefits administration processes and employee experience.
+ Performing additional duties as needed to support team and organisational objectives.
Candidate Profile:
We are seeking candidates with a minimum of two years' experience in health, welfare benefits, leave, and retirement program administration. A minimum of an associate degree in a related field is required, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with HRIS and benefits administration platforms for at least two years is essential.
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous but not mandatory.

+ Willingness to undertake occasional business travel, typically less than 10% annually.
The salary range for this position is USD 67,000 to USD 75,000. This role offers a remote working arrangement with the opportunity to contribute significantly to a leading multinational organisation dedicated to its workforce.
