    Saint Mary Home, a cherished ministry of the Sisters of Mercy, is seeking a Catholic Priest to join our team and provide sacramental and spiritual care to residents, families, and staff.

    Your Ministry:

    + Provide sacramental ministry including Mass, Reconciliation, Anointing of the Sick, and pastoral counseling.

    + Offer spiritual support to residents, families, and staff during times of grief, transition, and healing.

    + Collaborate with the spiritual care team and interdisciplinary staff to ensure comprehensive pastoral care.

    + Foster sacred spaces and moments through liturgy, prayer, and presence.

    + Support ecumenical and interfaith engagement while maintaining a strong Catholic identity.

    Qualifications:

    + Ordained Catholic Priest in good standing with ecclesiastical endorsement.

    + Master’s degree in Theology, Divinity, or related field (or equivalent experience).

    + One to three years of pastoral experience, preferably in healthcare or elder care settings.

    + Completion of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) units preferred.

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a heart for ministry and service.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant pastoral care documentation tools.

    Additional Requirements:

    + Ability to minister in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment with sensitivity and grace.

    + Willingness to travel within the New England region and across Trinity Health sites (10–20%) as needed.
