    Position Summary:

    The Pricing/Reporting Analyst will execute and manage reporting in support of pricing projects and initiatives. This is a highly analytical and technical position that requires the ability to manipulate and derive insights from large volumes of data from multiple systems. The Pricing/Reporting Analyst will develop and track key performance indicators that will be critical to enhancing the understanding of the business and increasing business profitability. This individual will be assisting in analysis and the development of materials that will support pricing and margin management, contract negotiations, and pricing strategy initiatives across the organization. This role will involve inter-departmental work and a broad understanding of the company.

    Position Responsibilities:

    + Work closely with Pricing department to lead the development, tracking and reporting of key performance and compliance metrics to aide in improving customer margin

    + Define and maintain data management standards to ensure the delivery of consistent, accurate business analysis and metrics for key department activities, including (but not limited to):

    + Profit/Loss

    + Pricing Accuracy

    + Rebate and Incentive Tracking

    + Line Item Cross-reference Information

    + Compliance reporting

    + Prepare standard and ad hoc analysis and reporting for both internal and external customers using the Company’s internal databases

    + Create, design, maintain and update reports, dashboards and other content, and accompanying documentation

    + Learn new data structures and help design reporting tables

    + Supporting Contract Admin Team members

    + Performs other related duties as assigned-KH1

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree

    • 2-4 years of business experience in an analytical role supporting multiple business partners

    • Demonstrated experience in data driven analysis including manipulating large datasets

    • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Access

    • Detail oriented with excellent organizational, problem solving, communication, and professional interpersonal skills

    • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
