    Schedule: 1st Shift; Monday - Friday

    SUMMARY

    The Billing Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of 5–6 Billing Analysts to produce accurate, client-specific invoices in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This role requires a deep understanding of production workflows and client marketing programs, along with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will lead by example, drive process improvements, and foster collaboration across departments to ensure accurate and timely billing.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Supervise and support the team in daily billing operations.

    + Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all client invoicing packages.

    + Develop a deep understanding of production activities and client-specific billing requirements.

    + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure billing aligns with customer marketing program objectives.

    + Identify process improvements and implement best practices to increase billing efficiency and accuracy.

    + Monitor team performance and provide coaching and support to meet deadlines and quality standards.

    + Assist the Billing Manager with special projects, reporting, and audits as needed.

    + Participate in cross-functional meetings and client calls when required.

    + Ensure compliance with company policies and client contract terms.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    + Proven experience in billing, finance, or accounting, preferably in a supervisory capacity.

    + Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail.

    + Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to teamwork.

    + Proficient in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
