    Our client, a recognized leader in aerospace manufacturing, is hiring a **Quality Assurance Technician** to support their production and engineering teams. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow in a high-impact, precision-focused environment.

     

    **Job Title:** Quality Assurance Technician

    **Location:** Elkhart, IN

    **Pay Range: $** 20.00/hour Raise to $20.75/hr upon hire-in + opportunities for multiple raises each year

    **Shift:** 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Perform in-process and final inspections of aerospace materials and components.

    + Conduct quality control tests using standard measurement tools and techniques.

    + Accurately complete and maintain inspection reports, quality records, and documentation in accordance with aerospace standards such as AS9100.

    + Calibrate and maintain inspection and gauging equipment to ensure accuracy.

    + Assist in root cause analysis and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications are a plus.

    + 1–3 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

    + Prior experience using gauges, jigs, and molds for inspection strongly preferred.

    + Familiarity with aerospace quality standards such as AS9100, ISO 9001, or similar.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
