    Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and supply chain industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring supply chain efficiency, fostering supplier relationships, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.     **Job Title:** Supply Chain Analyst

    **Location:** Bloomington, MN

    **Pay Range:** $33

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Coordinate with internal teams to ensure supply adherence and resolve supply issues or machine downtime situations.

    + Report daily on machine downtime and collaborate with engineers to develop corrective actions.

    + Engage with suppliers to address supply chain gaps and improve overall performance.

    + Monitor supplier performance, focusing on quality, cost reduction, on-time delivery, and innovation to maximize value for customers.

    + Identify and lead cost reduction initiatives while ensuring adherence to budget constraints.

    + Experience with databases and spreadsheet management.

    + Strong computer skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.

    + Excellent organizational and communication skills.

    + Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
