    Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking an IT Program Manager Revenue Management to join their team. As an IT Program Manager Revenue Management, you will be part of the Revenue Management department supporting strategic initiatives across multiple domains. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to driving program success, which will align seamlessly within the organization.

    What's the Job?

     

    + Develop and execute comprehensive cross-functional program plans to deliver strategic business results.

    + Collaborate with product managers, executive sponsors, and stakeholders to understand and achieve business objectives.

    + Manage programs according to established baselines, including schedules, budgets, staffing, and risk management.

    + Lead critical development aspects such as scope, schedule, cost, quality, and communication across teams.

    + Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement plans to ensure successful program delivery.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business, or a related field.

    + 8+ years of experience in program and project management, with a proven track record.

    + 6+ years of leadership experience managing large-scale technology and IT projects.

    + 2-4 years of experience executing projects as Scrum Master or in similar roles.

    + Strong skills in developing teams, managing budgets, and strategic planning.
