    Contract Duration: 6+ Months with possible extensions

    Required Skills & Experience

    + 6+ months of Marketing, E-business, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e., Mobile or Social Media) experience,

    + Ability and experience coordinating and executing different types of marketing materials

    + Strong skills in design studio applications (MS design packages)

    + Digital marketing/ platform understanding (mobile, social media)

    + Strong relationship and collaboration skills within a large corporate entity

    + Business-to-Business service experience

    + Strong skills with Microsoft office applications

    + Collaborative

    + Adaptive

    + Problem solver

    What You Will Be Doing

    + Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within Marketing.

    + Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact in Marketing.

    + Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

    + Provide information to client personnel in Marketing.

    + Provide ongoing support for sponsorships which include marketing materials, logo distribution and ads

    + Liaison with internal design teams & stakeholders to develop marketing flyers, brochures, biographies, meeting agendas, etc.

    + Coordinating approvals regulatory approvals
