Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Blender Operator to join their team. As a Blender Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting various operational goals. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Blender Operator- 1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts

**Location:** Blue Earth, MN

Pay Range: $19.93-20.93 per hour

What's the Job?

+ Safely set-up and operate various types of machines and specialized equipment to optimize production output.

+ Continuously fill mixer hopper by emptying 50 pound bags of product

+ Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while maintaining a hazard-free work area.

+ Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot routine malfunctions to ensure high-quality goods are produced.

+ Accurately maintain records and documentation as required, notifying supervisors of any unusual problems or safety issues.

+ Participate in all company training for food safety and plant safety, ensuring compliance with all operational protocols.

What's Needed?

+ Experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.

+ Strong technical skills and knowledge of various types of machines and equipment.

+ Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety and quality.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying environmental conditions.
