    impact.

    What’s in it for you?

Sage Intacct is looking for a Senior Content Designer to work with our team of product

content designers. As a Senior Content Designer at Sage, your mission will be to

elevate and simplify our customers’ work by surfacing the right content at the right

time. Your words will become the roadmap for our customers – from CFOs to

accounting staff – enabling them to navigate and fully leverage our Sage Intacct

products. You won’t just be explaining our product; you’ll be an essential guide,

making complex workflows intuitive and approachable.

If you love words, have a seasoned background in technical and UX writing for

customers of business software, excel in clear, concise communication, and you enjoy

collaborative team settings to produce exceptional content – you’ll want to read

    on.

    Who We Are:

You'll test and expand your skills at a stable, global software company, contributing

to our premier financial software products, including our successful flagship

product, Sage Intacct. Join a working environment with values and behaviors you

can be proud of (Human, Trust, Bold, Simplify).

into software and finding all the tiny details of features, even the bonus

    details nobody told you about.

•Agility & Collaboration is Your Ally: Your role is pivotal in a landscape of

quarterly releases and rapid content turnaround. You believe that teamwork

and cross-team collaboration improve results for customers.

•Resourceful & Inquisitive: When user stories lack clarity, you are

persistent and determined when chasing down information. Your

investigative flair kicks in, fueling your quest for precision through hands-on

    product interaction and collaborative probing.

Your First 30 Days – Personalized Onboarding

Your first month will be all about meeting teams, building relationships, and learning.

Your tailored onboarding plan will guide you as you learn the basics of Sage Intacct

and other Sage products, explore our content tools, processes, and meet your content

and product team members. With a dedicated mentor (peer) and a supportive leader,

you’ll feel confident enough to transition from understanding Sage Intacct basics to

actively shaping its voice and content by your second month.

customer-facing material for a complex software product including online

•You are known for your technical competence and are comfortable creating,

modifying, storing, and publishing content using a variety of methods and

tools. You might even have a technical trick or two to teach us!

•Proven ability to write clear, detailed instructions and examples through

hands-on product usage and collaboration with the product team.

•Possess a track record of writing and editing content adeptly within tight

timeframes, ready to adapt to the pace of quarterly releases.

•Experienced in architecting content with a strategic lens, including topic-

based structures, re-use strategies, localization, accessibility and meticulous

    audience and task analyses.

•Research, write, and maintain high-quality content that supports users’

information needs, using a mixture of help topics, release notes, field help,

instructional videos, in-product messages, and other supporting content.

•Organize and structure information effectively, employing industry best

practices for information architecture, searchability, and contextual access.

•Continuously improve content to help customers achieve their business

goals, attain product mastery, and self-service their information needs.

•Participate in research and development cycles, gaining insight into audience

    usability.

•Get hands-on in development sandboxes to understand and validate product

    setup and usage.

•Review or create user interface text, such as field and menu labels, in

collaboration with product managers and user experience designers.

•Ensure consistency, clarity, and accuracy across all content by adhering to
