Warehouse Associate – 2nd & 3rd Shift | $20–$21/hr | Forklift + Brillium Test Required

+ **2nd Shift:** 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM | **$20/hr**

+ **3rd Shift:** 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM | **$21/hr**

Job Overview

We’re hiring reliable and detail-oriented **Warehouse Associates** for 2nd and 3rd shift positions. This role is essential to maintaining accurate inventory flow and supporting warehouse operations. Candidates must have **forklift experience** , a **high school diploma** , and be able to complete a **Brillium skills assessment** .

What is the Brillium Test?

The **Brillium test** is a short online assessment used to evaluate your job-related skills and knowledge. It helps ensure you're ready for the role by measuring things like attention to detail, safety awareness, and problem-solving ability. It’s a required step in the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

+ Unload raw materials, supplies, and equipment from incoming trucks

+ Inspect cartons and contents for damage and accuracy

+ Verify packing slips and purchase orders

+ Perform daily inventory transactions in ERP system

+ Conduct cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies

+ Label and deliver materials to appropriate work centers

+ Dispose of pallets, dunnage, and cores properly

+ Maintain organized receiving documentation

+ Coordinate outgoing freight when needed

+ Operate forklift safely and efficiently

+ Keep work area clean and compliant with safety standards

+ Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

+ **High School Diploma or equivalent (HSD)**

+ **Forklift experience required**

+ **Brillium test required prior to placement**

+ Ability to lift, move, and organize materials

+ Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
