Our client, a manufacturing facility is seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join their team as a 1st Shift Operator. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment supporting the plant operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate resilience, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** 1st Shift Operator

**Location:** Crothersville, IN

**Pay Range:** $17

**Shift:** 5am-5pm, Monday through Friday, with mandatory overtime up to 10-12 hours per shift, averaging 55 hours weekly

What's the Job?

+ Operate equipment in a non-air-conditioned plant environment

+ Handle and lift products weighing up to 50 lbs

+ Follow ingredient lists accurately to ensure proper mixing of materials

+ Climb ladders to access different levels of the plant as needed

+ Maintain safety standards by wearing steel toe shoes and safety glasses at all times

What's Needed?

+ Minimum of 1 year experience in finish work manufacturing or similar manual labor roles

+ High School diploma or GED

+ Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy loads

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions

+ Willingness to work in a dirty, physically intensive environment
