    Our client, a leading organization in the hospitality and sponsorship industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hospitality Marketing Analyst to join their team. As a Hospitality Marketing Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting external engagement sponsorships and events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to event logistics and client relations, aligning successfully within a dynamic and inclusive work environment.

     

    **Job Title:** Hospitality Marketing Analyst

    **Location:** Charlotte, NC

     

    Pay Range: $35 - $38/hr (Only W2)

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Maintain and adhere to policies and procedures related to sponsorship hospitality events and client hosting responsibilities.

    + Coordinate event logistics, ensuring all aspects of hospitality and client engagement are executed flawlessly.

    + Utilize Micro Office experience to streamline event planning and management processes.

    + Manage ticketing and event access through Ticket Management Systems and other relevant platforms.

    + Support domestic travel arrangements, with an expectation of approximately 40% travel to various locations.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Experience in event and hospitality logistics, with a focus on client-facing activities.

    + Proficiency with Ticket Management Systems and related software tools.

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    + Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive client relationships.
