    Our client, a leading organization in supply chain and logistics management, is seeking a Traffic and Distribution Analyst to join their team. As a Traffic and Distribution Analyst, you will be part of the Logistics Department supporting the Supply Chain Operations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and proactive problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Traffic and Distribution Analyst

    **Location:** South Bend, IN

    **Pay Range:** $28.37 - $35.48/hr, DOE

    **Shift:** First Shift

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Oversee daily SAP processing of all inbound goods movement to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

    + Coordinate the collection, cataloging, and processing of supplier delivery documents for inbound shipments.

    + Evaluate and prepare documents required in SAP for receiving inspection and shipment processing.

    + Physically transport products from receiving dock to inspection areas and then to shipping or storage locations.

    + Collaborate with Contract Administrators to ensure shipping information is accurately outlined on customer Sales Orders.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in traffic and distribution analysis, logistics, or supply chain management.

    + High School diploma or equivalent.

    + Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.

    + Proficiency in ERP systems and SFDC is preferred.

    + Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.

    + Effective communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams.
