Our client, a leader in manufacturing and fabrication, is seeking a Lead Press Brake Operator to join their team. As a Lead Press Brake Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Lead Press Brake Operator

**Location:** Graham, NC

**Pay Range:** $18-$25 per hour

Shift: 1st shift- Monday- Friday 7am-3:30pm

What's the Job?

+ Lead a team of employees to ensure high-quality parts are produced efficiently.

+ Schedule workflow and coordinate tasks within the department.

+ Communicate effectively from management to team members to maintain smooth operations.

+ Ensure safety protocols and shop rules are followed by all team members.

+ Monitor and record production data accurately using the E2 system.

What's Needed?

+ 5+ years of set-up and operating experience, preferably with Amada/Trumpf equipment.

+ Ability to read measuring tools including protractor and caliper; scanning instruments preferred.

+ Strong math skills, including algebra, geometry, and trigonometry.

+ Minimum of three years CNC experience.

+ Effective communication skills and the ability to read blueprints.
