    Our client, a leader in the hospitality and event support industry, is seeking a Hospitality Associate to join their team. As a Hospitality Associate, you will be part of the Event Support team supporting high-end event environments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Hospitality Associate

    **Location:** Gloucester, VA

    **Pay Range:** $18/hour and up (depending on experience)

    **Shift:** Friday–Sunday (Event Support); Mondays (Light Housekeeping)

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Provide on-site support for events, including setup, guest assistance, and breakdown.

    + Ensure a polished and welcoming environment for high-end clientele.

    + Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.

    + Collaborate with event coordinators and other team members to ensure seamless execution.

    + Perform light housekeeping tasks as needed to reset event spaces and assist with inventory checks.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, event support, or a related customer-facing role.

    + Proven ability to work with high-end or VIP clientele.

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Professional appearance and demeanor.

    + Reliable transportation to and from event locations in Gloucester.

    + Availability to work weekends consistently.
