    Our client, a leading manufacturer in the textile industry, is seeking a dedicated sewing machine operator to join their team. As an Operator, you will be an essential part of the production process, supporting the manufacturing team to ensure high-quality comforters are produced efficiently. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

    Job Title:Sewing Machine Operator

    **Location:** CHIPLEY, FL

    **Pay Range:** $14.00

    **Shift:** Monday - Thursday 6a-4p, some Fridays

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Operate sewing machines to close the sides of comforters with precision and care

    + Stand for extended periods during the shift to maintain productivity

    + Perform light lifting to handle materials and finished products safely

    + Follow safety guidelines and quality standards throughout the production process

    + Assist team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + No prior experience required; training will be provided

    + Ability to stand for long periods and perform light lifting

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

    + Reliable and punctual with a positive work ethic

    + Ability to work effectively in a team environment
